⢠10+ years of experience within Learning, Talent, Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, or Management Consulting. ⢠Proven success leading and selling large-scale learning transformation programmes. ⢠Strong understanding of modern learning ecosystems, digital learning technologies, and enterprise learning operating models. ⢠Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in complex client environments. ⢠Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders. ⢠Commercially minded, with the ability to connect learning investments to business outcomes. ⢠Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. ⢠Excellent communication skills in German and English. ⢠Experience in Learning Managed Services, Upskilling & Reskilling, or Learning Systems Integration. ⢠Experience working with learning technology providers, LMS/LXP platforms, and skills intelligence solutions. ⢠Experience selling and delivering consulting-led transformation programmes. ⢠Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Learning, Education, HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field. ⢠Passion for the future of learning, including AI, data-driven talent strategies, and human-centred design.
