📋 Description

• Serve as a seasoned strategic partner to HR leaders • Conduct in-depth discovery with each client • Proactively partner with the Sales team • Provide proactive, ongoing strategic advisory touchpoints • Deliver strategic advisory sessions on priority HR topics • Facilitate McLean & Company webinars

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience • 3-5 years leading an HR team or functional HR area • Broad subject matter expertise across multiple HR disciplines • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisory relationships • Collaborative, with superior listening and critical thinking skills • Independent self-starter with strong project management skills • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
