📋 Description

• You are responsible for the technical architecture of demanding Salesforce projects. • You analyze business processes and design scalable Salesforce architectures for our clients. • You design integrations, data models, security and access/authorization concepts, as well as automation strategies. • You evaluate functional requirements for technical feasibility and develop sustainable solution approaches. • You work hands-on in the implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. • You support our developers and consultants in architecture and technology decisions. • You conduct technical reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices across all project phases. • You facilitate client workshops, presentations, and technical discussions in a collaborative, consultative manner. • You support effort estimation, technical project planning, and presales activities. • You continuously advance your skills through Salesforce certifications and by adopting new technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or in a comparable technical leadership role • Solid hands-on experience in the technical implementation of complex Salesforce projects • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Flows, and Salesforce Security • Extensive experience with integrations and working with REST, SOAP, and other API technologies • Excellent understanding of architectural principles, data models, and scalable Salesforce solutions • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and ideally Field Service • Very good German (C1) and English (B2) language skills • Strong analytical skills and a structured, self-driven way of working • High communication skills and the ability to convey technical topics clearly • Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications; ideally progressing toward Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent architect credentials.
