📋 Description

• Maintain relationships with MSP accounts and generate business from new MSPs • Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to identify market opportunities and onboard new clients • Prospect through calls, emails, and social channels • Schedule meetings and perform sales pitches for the senior sales team when required • Track sales efforts, including calls, meetings, and events, using CRM and other sales applications • Provide service and support to clients by responding to requests and resolving issues • Support Senior Sales Executives in closing deals to meet individual and team quotas and company objectives • Take on new initiatives and demonstrate curiosity for learning • Perform client onboarding, client generation, and lead generation • Oversee relationships with staffing agencies and manage contracts and compliance • Analyze and manage staffing-related costs, including vendor rates and expenses • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and compliance standards • Use data analytics to improve staffing processes and inform decisions • Manage client projects from inception to completion while meeting deadlines and budget constraints

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working with MSP accounts • Willingness to work during the PST time zone night shift • Hands-on experience maintaining relationships with MSPs • Ability to generate business from new MSPs • Experience using CRM and other sales applications • Experience in social media is a plus
