📋 Description

• Conduct requirements gathering through interviews and meetings with stakeholders (magistrates, court staff, IT, court registries/administrative offices, among others); • Understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation; • Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and with an appropriate level of detail, using techniques such as document analysis, direct observation and prototyping; • Perform reverse engineering to understand and document existing automation flows in the Courts of Justice; • Analyze, map and automate judicial and administrative processes using BPMN; • Use a proprietary Low Code platform to develop and implement flow automation solutions in the judicial context; • Configure, customize and evolve automated workflows; • Ensure that automated processes comply with courts' rules, regulations and guidelines; • Prepare technical documentation and provide training to teams involved in process automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Law, or technical/technological programs in Process Automation, Information Technology, Software Development or related fields; • Minimum of 3 years' experience in process automation and implementation of BPM solutions; • Deep knowledge of BPMN for process modeling; • Experience with Low Code platforms; • Basic knowledge of Java, applied to customization, integration or extension of automated flows; • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Camunda Modeler, etc.); • Ability to communicate clearly, especially when translating technical flows for non-technical audiences; • Capacity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
