• CFD Simulation: Perform vehicle airflow simulations, analyzing the influence of dust and water on the bodywork, as well as particle dynamics and aerodynamic interactions. • Design Optimization: Develop technical improvements for components based on simulation results, contributing to the evolution of the bodywork. • Method Development: Refine simulation models to assess hardware changes at early stages, transferring valuable knowledge to project development. • International Collaboration: Work directly with global teams (Germany and Brazil), reporting results and participating in technical meetings.
• Education: Master's or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (CFD-focused). • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Star CCM+ and external aerodynamics. • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of flow physics (high Reynolds), turbulence modeling, and particle simulation. • Programming: Basic knowledge of Python, C++ or similar languages for automation. • Language: Advanced English (essential for interfacing with the German team). • Competencies: Strong critical thinking, excellent complex problem-solving skills, and coordination ability.
