📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for teams and software development initiatives, promoting best practices and ensuring the technical quality of solutions; • Perform technical and architectural analyses to guide design decisions; • Plan and oversee the execution of complex deliveries, supporting the team in overcoming technical obstacles; • Support and review code, promoting quality, security, and performance standards; • Develop and maintain critical technical and system architecture documentation; • Collaborate with business, architecture, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with company objectives; • Promote a DevOps culture with a focus on continuous integration and continuous delivery; • Act as a mentor to junior and mid-level developers, fostering their technical and professional growth; • Uphold the company's and clients' integrity, information security, and confidentiality policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Java Developer, working with Java Enterprise, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture; • Proven experience in high scalability and high availability projects; • Strong command of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles; • Experience with clean code practices, code reviews, and automated testing (unit and integration tests); • Deep knowledge of source control (Git), CI/CD, dependency management, and build automation (Maven/Gradle); • Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL); • Preferable experience with observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); • Experience working in Linux environments and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); • Familiarity with Java EE, Spring (Boot, Security, Data, etc.), HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, jBPM, SQL/PostgreSQL, Git, Maven/Gradle, REST APIs, and architecture patterns (Hexagonal, DDD, MVC); • Knowledge of WildFly/JBoss; • Java professional certification (e.g., OCP Java SE) or equivalent; • Advanced English.
