📋 Description

• Develop and evolve high-availability, highly scalable Java applications • Technically lead development initiatives, supporting the team in technical decision-making • Participate in defining solution architecture and guiding system evolution • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, automated tests and Clean Code principles • Develop APIs and microservices following modern architectural patterns • Collaborate with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams to deliver high-value solutions • Promote DevOps practices, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) • Mentor developers, sharing knowledge and supporting the technical growth of the team • Prepare and maintain technical and architectural documentation • Ensure compliance with company security, integrity and confidentiality policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields • Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture • Experience building high-availability, highly scalable applications • Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns and SOLID principles • Experience with Clean Code practices, code reviews and automated testing • Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of PostgreSQL • Experience with RESTful APIs • Experience working in Linux environments and with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Technical English • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus and ELK) • Experience with WildFly/JBoss • Experience with DDD, Hexagonal Architecture and MVC • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery • Knowledge of jBPM • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Experience with legal/judicial systems such as PJe, SAJ or e-Proc is a plus.
