📋 Description

• You conceptualize and develop innovative products, features and beyond-banking services, continuously optimizing our offering. • You design and implement new features and processes, ensure the governance of connected IT systems, and manage everything securely from the initial idea through to a successful launch. • You evaluate potential partners and vendors, analyze their added value and support contract negotiations to expand our service portfolio. • As part of an agile, cross-functional squad, you participate in all sprint ceremonies. • You write user stories and share knowledge and responsibility across your team. • You foster and strengthen a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement. • You view innovation as a collective process in which every perspective matters and customer benefit is central.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant degree, e.g. in economics, or a comparable qualification and/or experience in banking/finance. • Strong understanding of the SME/SMB segment and solid knowledge of traditional banking products for this clientele, especially in daily banking. • Several years of professional experience in the banking sector or at fintechs, ideally in business or product development or in sales. • Ability to consistently approach new product development from the customer’s perspective. • Enthusiasm for digital innovation and ideally experience with agile working methods. • High self-motivation, independent working style and strong drive. • Proactive, team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills and strong networking abilities. • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and experienced in coordinating multiple stakeholders. • Ability to think beyond your immediate scope and develop sustainable solutions. • Very good English skills, both written and spoken; good German is an advantage.
