• Support New Business & Organic Growth: Lead strategy development for pitches and proposals, partner with account leads to identify and shape organic growth opportunities, define positioning and messaging for new opportunities, build compelling storylines • Lead Early-Stage Strategy Development: Develop briefs, facilitate workshops, summarize inputs into clear strategic direction • Drive Earned-First Ideation: Partner with teams to produce ideas, ensure ideas are culturally relevant and executable • Turn Insight into Action: Analyze research and market dynamics, translate inputs into strategic actions • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various teams, contribute to creative briefs, ensure strategy is executed • Contribute to Strategic Excellence: Enhance strategy across new business and early-stage work, share frameworks and tools
• 8+ years of experience in communications strategy • Experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical communications required • Experience with patient, caregiver, and HCP audiences • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading new business and pitch strategy • Experience developing creative briefs and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams • Storytelling and presentation skills • Experience working across integrated communications (earned, social, digital, paid) • Knowledge to connect cultural trends, media shifts, and emerging technologies (including AI) to strategy • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments
