📋 Description

• This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an industry-leading platform and make a significant impact at a growing company. • As the Account Executive, you will own the sales cycle from lead to close with inbound and outbound leads, establishing lasting relationships with customers and working closely with the sales development and customer success teams. • You are the key to identifying customer needs and communicating why Inktavo is the right fit as the leading software solution for the branded merchandise industry. • Initiate, negotiate and close new deals with prospects and customers 40-50 outbound calls per day to sales qualified leads, 2 demos per day. • Conduct personalized, live online product tours to educate prospective customers on InkSoft solutions. • Generate a pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment. • Collaborate and work with different members of the team (marketing, account managers, leadership, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers. • Prepare and educate prospects on new features and releases. • Monitor and identify industry trends and challenges. • Provide solutions based on customer’s business needs, pain points, and usage patterns. • Sell on solutions and return on investment vs. technical functionality. • Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of SaaS sale and account executive experience • Experience managing a pipeline and closing deals • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively • Experience presenting to decision-makers • Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process • Ability to be flexible and adaptive • Bachelor’s degree required • Some travel required (e.g., trade shows) • Industry knowledge is a plus
