📋 Description

• Act as the Tech Lead for a development team, providing technical guidance and ensuring software engineering best practices. • Establish technical standards, practices, and guidelines across the organization to promote standardization and quality. • Lead critical architectural decisions and validate solutions proposed by development teams. • Mentor development teams, supporting the implementation of defined architectures and patterns. • Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, recommending adoption when they add business value and technical efficiency. • Conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure adherence to established standards. • Produce reference architecture documentation, including technical diagrams and structural models. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technology solutions that meet strategic needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software development. • Technical management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and develop engineering teams. • Regular 1:1s, feedback routines, and experience driving the growth of multidisciplinary teams. • Knowledge of application and infrastructure security practices to ensure system reliability and protection. • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and DevOps practices. • Ability to create and communicate a clear technical vision aligned with strategic business objectives. • Previous experience with Data & Power BI.
