• Facilitate sales and marketing activities for the CRO Business Unit • Manage key accounts and solicit new business • Serve as a brand ambassador for Indero at industry conferences and other events • Collaborate with senior management to define and develop strategies for revenue growth • Execute the agreed-upon annual sales plan • Manage revenue growth goals for assigned sales territories and the company • Provide sales forecasts and manage sales activity plans • Communicate the company’s value proposition and service portfolio to medical key opinion leaders and prospective medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies • Review and provide input on new project proposals and budgets • Identify and develop new service offerings, technologies, and novel models to diversify Indero’s service portfolio • Assist in developing and assessing business and sales strategies for existing and future services • Conduct internal and external presentations for staff training and service-area marketing • Support company presence through scientific meetings, direct sales, and other events • Maintain technical knowledge of company services necessary to accomplish the business plan • Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies and leverage Indero’s economic value • Advise management on contract negotiation and pricing strategy alignment • Coordinate legally binding contracts, including preferred provider and non-disclosure agreements • Organize client visits, capabilities presentations, client meetings, direct sales, and bid defense presentations • Represent Indero at conventions, symposia, and industry meetings • Manage budgets and contract negotiations with study sponsors • Evaluate and incorporate new services into the Indero CRO Business Unit
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (business administration, sciences) • At least five (5) years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or contract research organization (CRO) industry, ideally in a business management, sales and/or marketing position • Scientific knowledge of clinical drug and device research • Outstanding organizational skills • Ability to partner closely with business operations • Ability to manage conflict and maintain confidentiality • Strong skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, motivation of staff and team-building • Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment while working calmly and thoughtfully towards solutions • Resourcefulness in setting priorities • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Mastery of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Solid network of industry contacts, particularly in dermatology and/or rheumatology CRO of Phase 1 through Phase 3 • Relevant previous experience in sales and marketing • Proven track record in achieving sales targets • Ability to legally work in Romania
