📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day Hubspot administration activities, including configuration and campaign management. • Support the sales team by providing Hubspot-related assistance and ensuring smooth sales processes. • Generate and interpret reports to track marketing and sales performance, providing insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with the deployment project team to ensure a successful Hubspot implementation. • Maintain and optimize Hubspot workflows, ensuring efficient and effective processes. • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on Hubspot best practices and usage. • Stay updated with the latest Hubspot features and industry trends, implementing improvements as needed. • Troubleshoot and resolve any Hubspot-related issues or bugs, ensuring system stability. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns using Hubspot. • Ensure data integrity and security within the Hubspot platform, adhering to company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hubspot administration, preferably in a professional services business. • Strong knowledge of Hubspot's features, functionalities, and best practices. • Experience in managing Hubspot campaigns and workflows, with a proven track record of successful implementations. • Experience of the Zoominfo platform would also be beneficial • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to generate actionable insights. • Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with Hubspot is an advantage. • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data management. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
