📋 Description

• Drive complex, multi‑domain technology programs across teams and platforms • Connect multiple initiatives into a single coherent program with clear goals, metrics, and delivery sequencing • Shape program management practices and delivery standards at an organizational level • Support strategic decision‑making through structured analysis of risks, trade‑offs, and business cases • Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue impact • Enable faster and more predictable delivery at scale • Orchestrate cross‑functional work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders • Facilitate architectural decisions and proactively manage integration risks • Collaborate with external vendors and partners • Build mechanisms for delivery predictability, monitoring, and reporting • Introduce automation and leverage AI to enhance program management processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technology program management (6–8 years) • Track record of delivering complex, high‑impact programs • Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels • A combination of strategic thinking and strong execution • Strong understanding of Agile / Lean / Kanban methodologies • Analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making • Experience working with cross‑functional and technical teams • English B2+
