📋 Description

• Holistic advising and support for individuals after an accident or serious illness • Development and implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans • Support through all phases of medical, vocational and social rehabilitation • Advice on care needs and social law issues • Preparation of well-founded opinions and comprehensive reports

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training or degree, e.g., in social work, physiotherapy/occupational therapy or a comparable field • Experience in medical rehabilitation (e.g., orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology) • Solid knowledge of social insurance law and regional care/service structures • Confident manner, empathy and enjoyment of communication • Excellent MS Office skills and confident use of digital applications • Class B driving license and willingness to travel
