• Completed training or degree, e.g., in social work, physiotherapy/occupational therapy or a comparable field • Experience in medical rehabilitation (e.g., orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology) • Solid knowledge of social insurance law and regional care/service structures • Confident manner, empathy and enjoyment of communication • Excellent MS Office skills and confident use of digital applications • Class B driving license and willingness to travel
