📋 Description

• Independently manage a portfolio of talents, serving as the central point of contact for operational and strategic matters • Build close, long-term relationships with creators and understand their individual goals, needs, and potential • Advise talents on collaborations, partnerships, and business decisions • Represent talents’ interests in dealings with brands, agencies, and partners • Coordinate and evaluate incoming collaboration inquiries and support negotiations • Monitor appointments, deadlines, ongoing collaborations, and other commitments • Independently manage selected campaigns, from aligning on briefs and timelines to content approvals and completion • Proactively identify opportunities and develop partnerships, formats, and long-term growth opportunities • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders while ensuring clear communication and reliable processes • Monitor relevant developments in social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy and derive opportunities from them

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in talent management, influencer marketing, creator management, or a comparable agency, media, or management environment • Experience independently managing creators, talents, artists, or similar public figures is a strong plus • In-depth understanding of the creator economy, current social media platforms, trends, and business models • Experience working with brands, agencies, and other professional partners, with confidence in negotiations • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting, long-term relationships • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to confidently coordinate multiple talents, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously • A high level of accountability, discretion, and reliability • Very good German and English skills (B2/C1)
