• Own the product roadmap from discovery to launch, balancing long-term platform improvements with customer-requested enhancements. • Partner closely with Customer Success to understand customer feedback, prioritize bugs and feature requests, and decide what should be addressed immediately versus planned for the roadmap. • Work closely with Engineering and Design to turn customer needs into clear product requirements and keep everyone aligned throughout development. • Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day requests , making sure important platform improvements continue moving forward while responding quickly to customer needs. • Collaborate across product teams to ensure shared platform features, such as workspaces, permissions, and navigation, support other teams and products. • Drive product delivery by planning, prioritizing, and coordinating launches to ensure projects are delivered on time and create meaningful impact for customers.
• 2-4+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Experience owning a product roadmap from discovery through delivery. • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success or Support teams. • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience prioritizing multiple initiatives and keeping projects on track. • Experience gathering customer feedback and turning it into product requirements. • Experience launching MVPs and improving products through continuous iteration. • Experience making product decisions based on customer needs, business goals, and data.
