📋 Description

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product goals, requirements, and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. • Creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), defining features with precise acceptance criteria, and developing additional essential product documentation. • Engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to comprehend use cases, challenges, and desired outcomes effectively. • Enhancing usability experiences across metrics, dashboards, APIs, alerts, and analytics without compromising functionality or quality. • Simplifying the product portfolio by consolidating, rationalizing, and executing EOL initiatives in collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders. • Analyzing customer feedback, product usage, and market trends to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, define success metrics, and measure customer impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate extensive Product Management experience with technical expertise to collaborate effectively on system design, APIs, data flows, and trade-offs. • Work on observability, monitoring, analytics, infrastructure, or data products while understanding telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting concepts. • Write PRDs and translate customer needs into actionable requirements, understanding use cases to develop scalable product solutions effectively. • Demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities, effective communication, and expertise in managing relationships with stakeholders. • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional setting alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to achieve shared objectives.
