📋 Description

• Receive leads and conduct online closing meetings • Explain proposals, terms, and service scope • Clarify technical questions • Negotiate terms and close contracts • Oversee the handoff to the internal and finance teams • Ensure that what was sold is delivered • Record all information in the CRM • Support internal improvements and sales funnels as part of a growth plan

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience closing consultative B2B sales • Experience taking negotiations through to signature, not just prospecting • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Active listening skills to avoid selling services that operations cannot deliver • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously • High energy, motivation, and results-oriented focus to meet targets • Experience with contracts, payment terms, and escrow processes is a plus • English is a plus, but not required • Education or training through programs such as Superior, Full Sales, G4 Business, or postgraduate studies is a plus, but not required • Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ arrangement)
