⢠Monitor systems, networks, and services using NOC/MOC tools. ⢠Identify and resolve incidents, ensuring operational continuity. ⢠Escalate issues to support teams according to SLAs. ⢠Document incidents and maintain up-to-date records. ⢠Prepare availability and performance reports. ⢠Contribute to improvements in monitoring processes.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus). ⢠Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). ⢠Familiarity with operating systems (Linux and Windows). ⢠Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. ⢠Certifications such as ITIL, NOC/MOC, or networking (e.g., CCNA). ⢠Experience with high-availability environments. ⢠Knowledge of scripting for automation (Shell, Python).
