📋 Description

• Participate in projects to ensure compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other data protection regulations • Map processes and personal data flows • Prepare and review data inventories, Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and other privacy documentation • Support risk assessments and privacy governance initiatives • Review contracts, terms of use, policies, and privacy notices • Respond to data subject requests and support activities related to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) • Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and monitor project progress • Conduct privacy training and awareness initiatives • Research data protection laws, regulations, and best practices • Collaborate with Information Security, Compliance, Legal, and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field • Practical experience in privacy and data protection projects • Knowledge of the LGPD and its key requirements • Experience with data mapping, data inventories, or ROPA • Experience preparing or supporting the preparation of DPIAs • Strong writing skills for preparing documents and reports • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines • Clear, objective, and professional communication • Ability to provide consulting support to clients and internal teams • Experience working as a Privacy Consultant, Privacy Analyst, or in a DPO support role • Experience in consulting firms or environments serving multiple clients • Knowledge of ISO 27001, Information Security, or GRC • EXIN Privacy and Data Protection, EXIN DPO, EXIN Information Security Foundation, or similar certifications • OneTrust certifications • Experience delivering privacy training and awareness programs • Postgraduate qualification in Compliance, Data Protection, or a related field • Genuine interest in Privacy and Data Protection • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail • Consultative approach and solutions-oriented mindset • Proactivity and strong sense of ownership • Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Strong interpersonal skills when working with clients and multidisciplinary teams • Objective communication and results-oriented approach
