• Work with designated install-base sites to execute MRgFUS programs and business activities, accelerating patient throughput and achieving financial profitability • Reach annual goals for treatments and site revenues, including service and disposables/kits purchases • Align partner CAM programs and execute market account development plans • Manage communications relating to site account matters as the first point of contact • Translate information about Essential Tremor and Parkinson’s Disease into growth plans for each install-base site • Drive CAM enhancement plans to improve results and accelerate standard of care in Asia Growth Markets • Improve patient throughput and treatment numbers through clear action plans • Understand account-specific workflows and implement strategies for optimal patient care and utilization • Support market access projects • Build educational programs and host regular site meetings about focused ultrasound • Collaborate with the Application Team to build treating-clinician skills and drive patient satisfaction and treatment numbers • Serve as a central resource for partners and in-site customers • Analyze account workflows and recommend patient journeys and patient stories • Build relationships with neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists, medtech staff, nurses, patient coordinators, partners, and site staff • Ensure partner accuracy in weekly reports, treatment forecasts, and install-base status updates • Support clinician skill development toward masterclass standards and build a pool of KOL resources • Recommend continuous improvements in patient care and treatment outcomes • Support the overall AGH strategic growth pathway and acceleration to standard of care • Embed in customer environments and understand hospital operations, patient flow, and financial models • Cooperate with application, service, distributor, sales, marketing, and reimbursement teams
• Scientific (BA, MA) is an advantage • 5 years’ experience of business development/Account management in the medical device industry – Mandatory • Experience in Movement Disorder area – nice to have • Critical thinking, ability to problem solve & creatively bring solutions to customer • Ability to operate independently • Savvy with Salesforce and capable of pulling data from SFDC to make meaningful reports • Ability to influence and have a seat at the customer table for driving program success • Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders to articulate vision, rally towards a common goal, and build execution support • Fluent English – speaking and writing • Extensive travel required, about 60% of work time, to customer sites, trade shows, national and international • Additional Asian language is an advantage
