• Previous experience in a sales or business development role • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong knowledge of the grocery industry, including market trends and operational challenges (preferred) • Experience selling SaaS solutions to drive retailer success (preferred) • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (preferred)
