📋 Description

• Extend and maintain internal A/B testing and metrics platforms for experimentation • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to implement new experimentation methodologies • Build tooling to help cross-functional teams make better data-driven decisions • Improve productivity of data practitioners through easy-to-use self-serve tools (Experimentation Platform, Portal, Data Alerting System, dbt + Airflow, Semantic Layer, data quality) • Mentor other team members and champion engineering excellence • Suggest and drive new initiatives and collaborate across teams to translate pain points into reliable self-serve solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivation and an enjoyment for a startup environment • A strong sense of ownership • Strong knowledge of common data infra technologies (Python, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt) in a production environment • An ability to balance a sense of urgency with shipping high quality and pragmatic solutions • Experience working with a large codebase on a cross functional team • Strong knowledge of SQL • Strong knowledge of React • 7+ years of working experience in a similar field/environment • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, electrical engineering OR equivalent work experience (preferred)
