âą Must be Bilingual in French and English âą High School Diploma or equivalent âą 3+ years of retail or related experience âą Strong business acumen with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. âą Sound judgment and strong problem-solving ability. âą Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner. âą Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level âą Exceptional organization skills. âą Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining efficiency and sharp attention to detail. âą Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a remote work environment. âą Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. âą Computer literate, including proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software âą Ability to adapt to changing or multiple priorities. âą Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
