📋 Description

• Manage roles end to end, from intake through offer and onboarding handover • Recruit across medical, commercial, regulatory, quality, legal, and business support functions • Proactively source candidates using Boolean search, headhunting, and passive outreach • Recruit hard-to-find pharmaceutical talent at all levels up to senior leadership • Build talent intelligence before, during, and after each search • Set realistic expectations and guide stakeholder decisions using market insight • Adapt recruitment approaches across the UK and Europe • Prioritise workload and consistently deliver to SLAs • Identify blockers, improve processes, and provide solutions • Own recruitment data and proactively provide market insight to the Talent Acquisition Director • Share knowledge and support colleagues • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers up to VP level • Understand business and hiring priorities and plan for future demand

🎯 Requirements

• Proven pharma recruitment experience is essential • Strong in-house, RPO, or embedded recruitment experience • Track record of delivering to SLAs and hiring targets • Agency recruitment experience with deep pharma experience and a partnership mindset also welcome • Skilled at direct sourcing and headhunting • Confidence building Boolean searches and engaging passive candidates • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including challenging, influencing, and managing expectations • Comfortable using data and market insight to drive hiring decisions • Organised and resilient, able to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced, competitive market • Genuinely curious about AI and already experimenting with AI tools for sourcing, screening, writing, or research • Keen to keep learning how AI can improve recruitment • Additional language skills are nice to have
