📋 Description

• Review and evaluate virtual interviews using structured, unbiased rubrics • Apply client-specific criteria and deliver fair, consistent scoring • Identify standout moments, concerns, and red flags and keep Talent Leads informed • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality • Meet service level agreements and quality standards • Adapt to client workflow changes, evaluation tools, and frameworks • Share timely feedback and insights with internal teams • Take ownership of work and deliver with integrity • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders • Help build an inclusive, equitable, data-backed hiring experience • Report to Jitesh Adatia

🎯 Requirements

• Sharp eye for detail and consistent, fair judgement • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Strong time management and ability to work independently • Proactive mindset and drive to deliver quality work • Experience reviewing applications and/or virtual interviews • Experience in recruitment, HR, or psychology (beneficial) • Familiarity with structured interviews or candidate assessments (beneficial) • Exposure to high-volume recruitment (beneficial) • Must be based in South Africa
