📋 Description

• You take on real responsibility — conceptually, technically and operationally • You analyze and break down complex requirements for our product in close collaboration with the Product Owner • You design and develop scalable, maintainable software solutions — from architecture to concrete implementation and testing • You coach, enable and develop your colleagues • You actively contribute to architectural decisions and continuously help shape our development and operations processes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developing and operating distributed, scalable SaaS solutions — ideally with Java and Spring Boot • Solid understanding of the entire software development process — from requirements analysis to maintenance in production • Preferably supported by relevant certifications or further training (e.g., Scrum, Cloud/DevOps, iSAQB, ISTQB, ITIL) • Confident use of methodological tools such as Domain-driven Design, UML, Event Storming, arc42, C4 or entity-relationship models • Strong communication skills — you explain technical contexts and alternatives clearly and understandably, including to non-technical stakeholders • Team-oriented & coaching mindset — you enjoy passing on your knowledge and taking responsibility • Prioritization and coordination skills — you always keep an overview, recognize relationships and make decisions based on facts and goals • High quality standards, pragmatism and a drive to shape — you want not only to develop well, but to work sensibly and effectively
