• Oversee execution and performance of digital campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, Display, and Video • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Analyze cross-channel performance data (PPC, SEO, Social, YouTube) to uncover growth opportunities • Partner with Sales, Ad Operations, and Creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Digital Advertising Account Management Experience OR 2+ years of experience in client-facing digital marketing or performance marketing • Exceptional client-facing communication skills (written and verbal) • Proven ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Strong understanding of retention strategies and client lifecycle management • Experience coordinating across internal teams (sales, creative, ad ops) • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
