📋 Description

• Plan and manage social media channels on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Create posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos • Support content production at events • Develop new content formats and creative ideas • Create graphics and basic social media assets • Deliver sold sponsorship services with a focus on social media • Manage the community and engage with its members • Support editorial planning and content calendars • Analyze content performance and derive new ideas • Work closely with creators, players, and partners • Support partnerships from the initial idea and pitch through proposal creation, implementation, and management of ongoing projects

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree, e.g., in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field • Passion for social media and digital content • A good sense of current trends on Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms • Initial experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage • Creativity, initiative, and a willingness to experiment • Enthusiasm for darts and creator content • Interest in esports or football is a plus • Availability for 12–20 hours per week • Preferably based in the Cologne area
