📋 Description

• Identify and engage new customers in the healthcare sector • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Develop and implement tailored proposals • Negotiate and close contracts • Analyze market trends • Further develop the service portfolio in collaboration with the team • Sell specialized data protection consulting, optimization, implementation, and auditing services for technical and organizational measures to healthcare organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience, ideally in healthcare or consulting • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to identify prospective customers’ concerns individually and empathetically • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, empathy, and a strong sales mindset • Interest in data protection and process optimization • Reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail • An established network in the healthcare sector is an advantage • Willingness to work on a self-employed basis • Very good German-language skills
