📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day legal support for Germany, Austria and Switzerland • Partner closely with Commercial, Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance teams • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, SOWs, HCP engagements, consultancy and sponsorship arrangements, distributor-related matters, and marketing activities • Assist with legal and compliance reviews and promotional material approvals • Support privacy matters • Identify and manage legal risks in a highly regulated medical device environment • Support specific European projects where required

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified German Lawyer • Demonstrated firm and/or inhouse experience • Experience with commercial transactions • Direct to consumer transaction experience is desirable • Experience working within a regulated industry • Previous in-house experience with medical device or other life science company an advantage • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage legal risks for complex strategic transactions • Fluent English and German; other European languages a plus
