📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner and legal advisor across Central and Eastern Europe • Review, draft, and negotiate customer contracts, including SaaS, professional services, master services, order forms, statements of work, data processing addenda, privacy terms, AI terms, security frameworks, proofs of concept, and service level agreements • Interpret contractual terms and advise stakeholders and management on obligations, risks, and business-friendly solutions • Develop, implement, and maintain templates, forms, playbooks, and clause libraries • Provide training to sales and services teams and the wider business • Provide transactional support and general legal advice on commercial legal risks • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes while safeguarding Sprinklr’s interests • Handle project-based legal work, including contracting workflow improvements, AI use and adoption, and quote-to-cash processes • Build relationships with the Legal team and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor

🎯 Requirements

• Fully qualified German lawyer with First and Second State Exam • Fluent in both German and English • 5–10 years of experience as a commercial attorney advising on and negotiating SaaS agreements in software, technology, or public-company environments • Strong understanding of European commercial legal considerations • Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional transactions in Europe • Experience partnering across regions in a global, matrixed organization • Experience working with sales teams on customer negotiations and contracting • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and oral communication skills, including explaining legal concepts clearly and concisely to business audiences • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines • Outcomes-oriented, creative, and collaborative approach • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment while maintaining calm and perspective • Empathetic, trustworthy approach as a member of the Sprinklr Legal Team • Experience with contract lifecycle management software such as Conga/SFDC is a plus • In-house legal department experience is a nice to have • Technology and/or software industry experience is a nice to have • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is a nice to have
