Insure Connect is an independent organisation with over 25 years of Insurance administration and outsourced experience by an insurance company, broker and Underwriting Managers to administer and manage functions in preference to delivering those services in-house.

📋 Description

• Assist with new business, renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments • Support retention strategies and contribute to reducing policy cancellations • Analyse client portfolios and assess risk to ensure appropriate cover and pricing • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, brokers, insurers, and internal teams • Build and maintain strong working relationships to support long-term portfolio growth • Request and assess quotations, present options, and implement premium adjustments • Ensure all underwriting activity aligns with quality standards and regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate electronic records for audit and compliance purposes • Assist with invoicing, refunds, and general policy administration • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date

🎯 Requirements

• Matric (essential); FAIS compliance required • A relevant Degree or Diploma is advantageous • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Short-Term Insurance, specifically Commercial Underwriting • Proven experience engaging directly with clients in a professional capacity • Strong English proficiency, professional presentation, and confident verbal communication • Willingness to work international hours (UK/Australian time zones) • Dedicated home office with reliable fibre internet (minimum 50/50 Mbps; 100/100 Mbps preferred)
