📋 Description
• Provide short-form, live academic assistance to K-12 students • Focus on direct, snapshot-style support for science concepts, theories, experiments, calculations, or assignments • Assist students with Biological Sciences, Chemistry, and Physical Sciences • Refer students requiring extensive intervention back to their primary educator
🎯 Requirements
• A completed tertiary qualification in: BSc. in Biological Sciences/Chemistry/Physical Sciences, OR B.Ed FET with Science as a core module/major • Related degree • Exceptionally strong knowledge across multiple disciplines and levels • The ability to think quickly and explain concepts clearly in real time • Strong verbal communication skills • Technical Requirements: Fibre internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download) • LAN-connected setup • i5 quad-core PC/laptop capable of running teaching software • UPS/back-up power solution • Noise-cancelling headset • Quiet, professional working environment
