• Lead and deliver technical learning programs with a strong focus on Commercial Property claims (coverage, investigation, estimating, liability, file handling, documentation, and settlement practices) • Create and update training content that reflects real-world adjusting scenarios, internal standards, and best practices • Support onboarding and upskilling through workshops, case studies, file reviews, job aids, and coaching • Partner with Claims Leaders and key stakeholders to identify performance gaps and prioritize training that improves outcomes • Define learning objectives and measure effectiveness using feedback, assessments, audits, and performance metrics • Continuously improve training materials, workflows, and enablement resources to increase consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes • Bring in external industry trends and practices to keep technical content current and relevant
• 3+ years of Commercial Property claims adjusting experience (carrier, independent adjusting firm, or equivalent) • Strong technical capability in commercial property file handling, including complex coverage interpretation and end-to-end claim management • Ability to translate technical knowledge into clear guidance and practical learning experiences (formal training experience is helpful, but not required) • Strong communication skills and credibility with adjusters and leaders; confident presenting to groups • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines • Continuous-improvement mindset focused on measurable results • English/French bilingualism is an asset
