📋 Description

• Lead lifecycle programs across email, in-app notifications, content cards, push notifications, and SMS • Planning, executing, and QA’ing lifecycle campaigns from start to finish • Develop campaign, audience, and testing strategies aligned with company goals and KPIs • Setting up, QA’ing, and managing lifecycle campaigns, automated triggers, and transactional communications • Tracking, analyzing, and summarizing campaign performance metrics • Ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and HIPAA regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Braze experience at a highly proficient level—typically reflecting 2+ years • Experience using Braze's reporting and diagnostic tools—Report Builder and User Lookup • Familiarity with project or task management tools (e.g., Asana) • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) • Basic content management system experience (e.g., Squarespace) • Consumer copywriting and editing experience
