📋 Description

• Perform monthly period close activities for both entities • Post accounting entries on a monthly basis • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis • Prepare Fund Utilization reports for donors • Prepare and file GST and TDS returns • Assist in completing audits and other regulatory compliance activities • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com or equivalent / MBA in Finance • 3 to 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience • Experience including GST/TDS filing, reconciliations, and audit support • GST and TDS return preparation and filing • Monthly period close and journal entry posting • Balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis • Strong MS Excel and accounting software proficiency, such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar • Familiarity with Indian regulatory/compliance requirements • Attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication skills • Ownership mindset • Ability to manage deadlines across period-close and filing cycles • Ability to work cross functional
