📋 Description
• Solicit and recruit new candidates for open opportunities • Complete posting, sourcing, and screening activities • Create talent pipelines for future job openings • Manage existing candidate pools and work with sales staff • Maintain candidate profiles in the company ATS
🎯 Requirements
• Must have 2+ years of staffing agency experience • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with ATS • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Trainable and coachable
