📋 Description

• Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content across multiple projects and client accounts • Publish and manage content using WordPress while ensuring accuracy and formatting standards • Track and manage content tasks, workflows, and deadlines using Asana • Support SEO-informed content planning and optimization using SEMRush • Collaborate daily with internal team members to ensure consistent content production • Maintain accuracy and quality standards across all published pages • Contribute to a steady cadence of content delivery aligned with internal performance metrics • Submit a resume and a short 1-minute introduction video covering professional background, work specialization, and interest in the opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in content creation and content coordination • Some knowledge of HTML • Experience publishing and managing website content in WordPress • Experience managing tasks or workflows using Asana • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing content • Responsive communication and ability to meet deadlines consistently • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously • Takes ownership of work and consistently meets publishing deadlines • Reliable home office setup • Stable internet connection • Ability to maintain consistent availability during required working hours • Proactive communication and accountability while working remotely • Resume and short 1-minute introduction video required
