📋 Description

• Independently manage our financial operations • Trusted with all financial information and elevate it • Run the preparatory bookkeeping in DATEV • Manage Accounts Payable – Booking, checking, and paying supplier invoices • Manage Accounts Receivable – Preparing 200+ monthly customer invoices, booking payments, and following up on overdue payments • Conduct preparatory tasks for tax declarations, ensuring timely submission to the tax advisor • Work closely with the tax advisor for financial year-end closing • Conduct financial analyses to identify trends and risks, providing strategic financial insights to management • Budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with the Chief of Staff • Ensure internal controls and compliance with legal regulations • Work with tax advisors and support audits

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in German accounting and tax regulations • Financial analysis and reporting skills are important • Strong, proven experience with DATEV (preparatory bookkeeping in DATEV is essential) • Experience in working with Salesforce is a big plus • Analytical and structured mindset with great attention to detail • Independent working style and ability to set priorities • Experience in controlling is an advantage • Interest in new technologies and continuous learning • Proactive, collaborative and agile working style • Fluent in German and English.
