• Conduct daily consistent outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails and social media activity • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, target and engage prospective customers and develop quality leads • Build out accounts with associated target contacts (account mapping) using ZoomInfo, SFDC and LI Sales Navigator • Build and evaluate the effectiveness of sales sequence, create and test new messages • Qualify and develop leads in conjunction with Marketing campaigns • Conduct high-level conversations with C-level executives, VPs and directors within our ICP • Identify customer needs and present Interact solutions in a compelling way • Arrange quality meetings that turn into opportunities and product demos for account executives • Assist and participate in product demos and handoff meetings with account executives; ensure AEs are fully briefed on past conversations with prospect • Consistently meet daily phone call, email and social media outreach KPIs, as well as meeting qualified opportunity quota goals • Maintain consistent records in Salesforce and adhere to tracking and reporting expectations
• At least two years of SaaS outbound sales experience • Proven track record of sales results and sales pipeline creation • Experience with consultative selling • Comfortable carrying a team target • Knowledge of account-based marketing • Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce, and sales execution, preferably Groove, platforms • Knowledge of and experience with LinkedIn • Experience with commission-based structures
