📋 Description

• Work closely with the Program Director and Program Manager to provide technical, administrative, and managerial support • Assist in the successful design and implementation of the UP for Change project • Monitor program activities, identify challenges, and support timely resolution • Coordinate consultants and vendors, defining scope of work and reviewing deliverables • Support accessible and inclusive youth programming and project-stakeholder activities • Engage and support youth participants aged 14-25 • Coordinate and oversee program grants to ensure approval and compliance • Monitor partner performance and provide feedback • Support budget monitoring and expense management • Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, or related) • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in youth development, education, workforce development, or youth leadership/agency program implementation • Strong organizational, administrative, and program management skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment • Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate with a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English • Advanced critical thinking and ability to identify and solve problems promptly • Ability to engage and meaningfully partner with youth from diverse backgrounds • A strong commitment to youth development, diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and child safeguarding • Experience with Microsoft Office • Experience in youth and/or adult facilitation • Flexibility to work evenings to facilitate youth programming activities and sessions • Ability to travel to the U.S. • Availability to travel up to 20% domestically, with occasional international travel.
