• Support members with healthcare and security queries. • Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims. • Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong organisational and critical thinking skills. • A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people. • Excellent written and spoken Spanish, Portuguese and English required. • Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is desirable. • Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection. • Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.
