âą Targeted prospecting using multi-channel outreach including cold calls, emails, etc. âą Conduct thoughtful discovery to uncover pain points and qualify fit âą Set meetings and generate opportunities for Account Executives âą Refine outreach using insights from customer conversations and cross-functional collaboration âą Update and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce âą Contribute ideas to optimize messaging, targeting, and process strategy
âą 2+ years of BDR or SDR experience, preferably related to SaaS and/or EdTech âą Prior sales experience (2+ years) âą Proven track record of quota attainment and recognized as a top performer âą Comfortable navigating more complex sales cycles and technical buyers âą Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach âą Familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools âą Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and based in the US.
