📋 Description

• Recruit qualified participants for Interpret’s qualitative research using the Good Gamer Group panel • Apply study-specific qualifications, quotas, subquotas, and group nuances • Code screener surveys using Alchemer (formerly SurveyGizmo) • Learn basic CRM functionality and use email/SMS marketing to generate screener responses • Track project progress in Microsoft Excel using data manipulation and formulas • Vet recruits by phone and/or video to confirm screener qualifications • Coordinate and confirm participant dates and times; send emails and make reminder calls • For hybrid employees, occasionally travel to Interpret playtesting labs or client facilities for check-ins and light IT work

🎯 Requirements

• Entry level; no experience minimum specified • No specific qualifications required • Good phone etiquette, personal organization, and technology skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Ability to self-motivate and meet strict deadlines • General knowledge of gaming and major game franchises preferred • Gaming industry knowledge and passion for games highly desirable • Strong attention to detail • Strong phone and customer service skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to work under minimal supervision • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; training may be provided • General knowledge of gaming markets and major genres/franchises across PC, console, and mobile platforms • Willingness to learn new software
