📋 Description

• Recruit qualified participants for Interpret’s qualitative research using the Good Gamer Group panel • Apply study-specific qualifications, quotas, subquotas, and group nuances to match research needs • Code screener surveys using Alchemer (formerly SurveyGizmo) • Learn basic CRM functionality and use email/SMS marketing to generate screener responses • Track project progress in Microsoft Excel using simple data manipulation and formulas • Vet recruits by phone and/or video to confirm eligibility • Coordinate and confirm participation dates and times with recruits • Send emails and make reminder calls to support strong attendance • For hybrid employees, occasionally travel to Interpret playtesting labs or client facilities for check-ins and light IT work

🎯 Requirements

• Good phone etiquette, personal organization, and tech savviness • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Ability to self-motivate and complete tasks under strict deadlines • General knowledge of gaming and major game franchises strongly preferred • Industry knowledge and passion for gaming highly desirable • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines • Strong phone and customer service skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to work under minimal supervision and take initiative • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook helpful; training can be provided • General knowledge of the gaming market and major genres/franchises across PC, console, and mobile platforms • Willingness to learn new software • No specific qualifications required; training will be provided
