📋 Description

• Develop high-performance, accessible web applications for internal teams and business partners • Build modern frontends with TypeScript and React/Preact and continuously enhance existing applications • Develop features end to end and integrate frontends with backend services and APIs • Develop applications and dashboards for orders, fulfillment, returns, and partner performance • Work with event-driven data flows and integrate systems, including via Apache Kafka • Contribute to architecture, UX, and design decisions and help evolve shared frontend and engineering standards • Ensure high software quality and stability through automated testing, code reviews, monitoring, and clean code • Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, Data, and Engineering • Take ownership from concept through production operations • Use modern AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day work

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in frontend or full-stack development • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Preact, Vue, or Angular • Solid full-stack knowledge and experience with APIs and backend services, such as Node.js • Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Jest, or Vitest • Basic understanding of modern backend technologies and distributed systems • Experience with SQL databases and basic data modeling • Experience working in cloud environments, ideally AWS, and an understanding of CI/CD • An independent, analytical, and team-oriented approach to work • German at least at B2 level and confident English skills • Nice to have: Experience with Apache Kafka or comparable messaging and event technologies • Nice to have: Knowledge of Kotlin or another JVM language • Nice to have: Experience with micro-frontends or self-contained systems • Nice to have: Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility/WCAG • Nice to have: Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Pulumi or Terraform • Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or fulfillment environments
