📋 Description

• Operate and support customers’ NetScaler/ADC environments • Ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality service delivery • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Azure DevOps • Continuously develop Infrastructure-as-Code approaches • Proactively optimize customer environments for stability, performance, security, and automation • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues • Support incidents, changes, and technical escalations • Take responsibility for small and medium-sized service-related projects, from technical design through implementation • Provide technical customer consulting and act as a technical liaison • Create and maintain technical documentation • Transfer and share knowledge within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience operating and developing complex IT infrastructures in service or project environments • Good knowledge of Citrix NetScaler/ADC • Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Ansible, Git, or CI/CD is an advantage • Enthusiasm for new technologies and the ability to independently learn new subject areas • Strong customer and service orientation • Ability to work effectively in a team • Structured, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership • Very good German and good English, both written and spoken
