• Facilitate technical interviews with software developers through Karat's platform • Create an enjoyable and inclusive candidate experience while evaluating fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge • Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, knowledge question answers, and coding approach • Collaborate with Karat to test interview content, processes, and products • Mitigate bias, improve hiring signals, and complete objective evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer • Excellent written and oral English communication skills • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills • Reliable access to a working webcam and microphone • Stable Internet connection • Technical interview experience preferred, such as data structures and algorithms • Resume must be submitted in English
